Eric Moore | CEO
Mr. Moore is the CEO of Imprint Senior Living Management. Mr. Moore and his family have successfully owned and operated assisted living facilities for nearly two decades in the Tampa Bay area, each of which has operated under a foundation of providing exceptional care at affordable rates.
Mr. Moore currently serves as the developer, administrator, and owner of Lake House Assisted Living in Largo, Florida, and Trinity Place in New Port Richey, Florida.

Moore is an active member of the Florida Army National Guard and has led efforts in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Amanda Cadigan, LCSW
Director of Marketing & Community Resources
Amanda is the Director of Community Relations at Verity Senior Living Partners, where she works closely with CEO, Eric Moore, on operations of the company’s communities. She has previously served as the resident care director at Lake House Assisted Living and Trinity Place Assisted Living, supervising caregiving staff and medical technicians, among other management responsibilities.

Amanda has also worked administrative roles of skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory facilities, including Brookdale Countryside, Stratford Court, and A Rose Garden Assisted Living, all located in Pinellas County. She has also held leadership positions at several home health agencies.

Amanda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. She graduated from the University at Albany, with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology with a minor in psychology. Amanda received her master’s degree at New York University’s Silver School of Social Work.
Aileen Carlson | Operations Director
Aileen is the Director of Operations, and works closely with CEO, Eric Moore and Amanda Cadigan on operations and development of our communities. Aileen has over 22 years of experience in all aspects of senior living. Prior to joining the Verity Team, she has held positions in Programming, Memory Care, Dining, Operations and Executive Director and most recently served as the Regional Business Office Manager for Trinity Place and Lake House Assisted Living. Aileen is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Health Science. Aileen is married and has two children, Tessa and Brendan.
